Healthy Snack: Fro-Yo Blueberries

It is important that athletes of all ages find creative ways to stay healthy and hydrated, especially during league season or tournament weekends. Check out our recipe of the day for a healthy alternative to snack food:

Yogurt Blueberries:

  • Wash and dry blueberries

  • Get 1/2 cup of yogurt (vanilla is recommended)

  • Mix protein powder in the yogurt (optional)

  • Use a toothpick to submerge each blueberry into the yogurt

  • Place each blueberry on a parchment paper lined plate

  • Freeze for 1-2 hours
